Ted Engstrom was the Vice-President for many years and President for two years of international aid agency World Vision, before retiring in 1987. Ted was another significant mentor to Michael Cassidy. He was on the African Enterprise USA Board for over 35 years. He influenced and mentored Michael in the areas of organisational health, time management, and leadership principles. His little book, The Pursuit of Excellence, had a significant impact on Michael influencing his thinking and practice.
